Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls to develop new business for SAP B1 ERP (SAP Business One).
2. Contact prospects to qualify leads.
3. Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations.
4. Provide accurate and timely information to management.
5. Research, track, maintain and update leads.
6. Research and maintain a lead generation database.
7. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales
   process.
8. Conduct customer research.
9. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
10. Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information company’s about potential leads.

Education And Experience Required:

1. University or Bachelors degree in Marketing; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in digital marketing for Software Solutions or Services.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
5. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Strong listening and sales skills.
8. Ability to achieve targets.
9. Looking for a candidate having good command over English and knowledge of MS Word,
   PowerPoint and Excel.
10. Prerequisite should have worked in ERP Industry.
