Founded in June 1987 by seasoned technocrats, Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited is an IT services company with offices in India and the UAE. Their offerings include SAP Business One ERP for SMEs, staffing solutions, and a team of certified consultants with extensive project experience across domains. They cater to organizations’ HR needs by supplying timely resources.

Chairman
Anant is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the activities of the Company and for the development of strategies for future growth. He holds a Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from the University of Mumbai. After working in the industry for more than a decade, he promoted Akshay. Apart from being primarily responsible for the overall success of Akshay, Anant successfully incubated Akshay’s subsidiary in the USA – Akshay Software International Inc.
(ASI) which grew to be recognized as one of the leading service providers of SWIFT services in North America with a diverse clientele. ASI was acquired in April 2015 by PayCommerce at an attractive valuation. Anant has over 40 years of commercial and managerial experience in the industry.
Ms. Nethraa Ganesan
Director
Nethraa Ganesan has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, currently serving as the Director at Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited, a renowned Software & Outsourcing company. Her journey with Akshay began as the Chief Operating Officer, where she played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
Prior to her tenure at Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited, She has contributed to the marine and oil and gas industry, where her responsibilities included spearheading corporate strategy, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. Her focus is on implementing best practices in safety and environmental management, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Her passion for creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth. She is dedicated to building a culture of inclusivity and empowerment, where every individual is valued and has the opportunity to excel.
Mr. Satish Venkatraman
Director
Satish is a Mechanical Engineer with Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has over 30 years of experience, including close to a decade as an Entrepreneur in the Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) providing Engineering Solutions and Staffing Services for various Industry segments.
Satish is a seasoned leader with sharp focus on Customer and Employee. He has worked directly with Customers, Dealerships across India and various other nations, and also
directly managed Customer facing teams spread across continents.
He has travelled extensively in India and to multiple countries, with people from various cultural and demographic background over the decades.
Mr. S. Lakshminarasimhan
Director
Narasimhan has over 30 years of experience as a practising chartered accountant in Audit and Assurance Services, Consulting on Implementation of Accounting Systems & Procedures, establishment of Internal Controls, Corporate Laws & Practices, Direct & Indirect Tax Laws, Manage Business-Banking Relationship, Management of Debt, Financial Decision Making, Evaluation of Proposed Business Verticals, Discussing of Profit Strategies with the Management, Risk Management and Management Information Reporting, well versed in GST.

Sunil Khandelwal has over 20 years of experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management Information Systems, Systems Review and E-accounting.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Charted Accountants of India as well as a qualified Information System Auditor (ISA).
Sunil joined the Board of Company on January 30, 2018.
