Financial Controls (Bookkeeping/General accounting)

1. Management of Books of Accountsthrough ERP system.
2. Verification and approvals of purchase orders and work orders.
3. Verification and raising of sales invoices based on ITC availability.
4. Providing provision, salaries and other audit entries.

Audit & Statutory Compliance

1. Initiation of Statutory audits, GST audits & Tax audits.
2. Working on revenue recognition for better revenue in compliance with the laws.
3. Preparation of Draft financials and presenting it to Auditors and Management for course corrections.
4. Preparation of financial statements on quarterly basis.
5. Preparation of agreements for the subsidiaries to increase the capital contribution at the end of the financial year.
6. Implementation of IFC requirements to ensure adequate controls are in place for the size of the organization.

Taxation

1. Attending and submission of documents to Central and State Govt department’s scheduled/unscheduled for inspections & notices.
2. Annually reconciliation of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and PT.
3. Preparation of TDS returns/Tax audit/GST annual returns and following up with the consultant for filing.

Cashflows

1. Management of Accounts receivables & payables.
2. Coordination with the financial institution for BG’s, construction finance, and other loans.

Financial Reporting (MIS & BI)

1. Helping in Business Modelling for existing and future projects
2. Preparation of quarterly and yearly management reports.
3. Liaising with Banks & Financial Institutions and supply of finance documents requested by the investors.
