We are looking for Supply Chain Specialist.

Years of experience: 4-6 years

Notice period- Immediate to max 30 days

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
  Management, Business Administration, or a
  related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply
  chain management
• Strong Knowledge of SCM concepts,
  INTERCOM terms, Warehouse
  management, fluency in communication,
  excellent negotiations & liaising skill.
• Ready to work in Individual contributor role,
  ability to work under pressure and handle
  multiple tasks simultaneously

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and increased efficiency.
• Forecast demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
• Monitor and improve logistics performance metrics.
• Implement and oversee inventory management systems and practices.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyse supply chain data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage all Import and Export documentation and processes, mandatory.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
