We are looking for Supply Chain Specialist.
Years of experience: 4-6 years
Notice period- Immediate to max 30 days
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
Management, Business Administration, or a
related field - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply
chain management - Strong Knowledge of SCM concepts,
INTERCOM terms, Warehouse
management, fluency in communication,
excellent negotiations & liaising skill. - Ready to work in Individual contributor role,
ability to work under pressure and handle
multiple tasks simultaneously
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and increased efficiency.
- Forecast demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
- Monitor and improve logistics performance metrics.
- Implement and oversee inventory management systems and practices.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyse supply chain data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage all Import and Export documentation and processes, mandatory.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
