Job Description:

• Experience of sourcing LAP from Open Market and managing a team of LAP executives.
• Achieving consolidated monthly target.
• Responsible for LAP Growth.
• Identifying LAP loans (Upto 7 Lakhs) to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
• Should have handled a team in the past.
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

Job requirements:

1. Proficiency in Telugu.
2. Candidate should have prior Sales background in SMALL TICKET LAP (UPTO 7 LAKHS)
3. Proven ability to meet targets.
4. Detail and process oriented.
5. Self-starter and self-motivated
6. Should open to frequent travel within territory.
7. Team Handling Experience mandatory
