Founded in June 1987 by seasoned technocrats, Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited is an IT services company with offices in India and the UAE. Their offerings include SAP Business One ERP for SMEs, staffing solutions, and a team of certified consultants with extensive project experience across domains. They cater to organizations’ HR needs by supplying timely resources.

Chairman
Anant is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the activities of the Company and for the development of strategies for future growth. He holds a Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from the University of Mumbai. After working in the industry for more than a decade, he promoted Akshay. Apart from being primarily responsible for the overall success of Akshay, Anant successfully incubated Akshay’s subsidiary in the USA – Akshay Software International Inc.
(ASI) which grew to be recognized as one of the leading service providers of SWIFT services in North America with a diverse clientele. ASI was acquired in April 2015 by PayCommerce at an attractive valuation. Anant has over 40 years of commercial and managerial experience in the industry.
Ms. Nethraa Ganesan
Managing Director
With over two decades of dynamic leadership experience with a MBA degree, Nethraa serves as the Managing Director of Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited. Her journey with Akshay began as Chief Operating Officer, where she was instrumental in streamlining operations, driving strategic growth initiatives, and reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence.
Prior to joining Akshay, she made significant contributions in the marine and oil & gas industries, where she led corporate strategy, stakeholder engagement, and ensured rigorous compliance with industry regulations. Her approach has always been rooted in implementing best practices—especially in the areas of safety, sustainability, and governance.
At Akshay, she brings her signature blend of vision, discipline, and empathy. A strong advocate for people-first leadership, she fosters a workplace culture defined by collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. She is dedicated to building a culture of inclusivity and empowerment, where every individual is valued and has the opportunity to excel.
Mr. Akshay Anantapadmanabhan
Director
Akshay Anantapadmanabhan has been affiliated with Akshay Software Technologies in various roles, evolving from a Social Media Specialist to Digital Strategist over the years. Today, we see his vast knowledge and diversified experience as key assets as a Director in helping guide Akshay Software Technologies towards continued strategic growth.
Akshay brings a wealth of diverse experience to our team. He has a strong educational background from the United States, having completed his Master’s in Engineering at The Cooper Union, New York. His early career began as a technologist in the financial industry at Alliance Bernstein. Since then, Akshay has pursued a unique path as a solopreneur driven by his passion for Carnatic music.
Over the years, Akshay has built a strong reputation in the technology and machine learning domains, with 16 academic publications in International Music Technology journals, while working with institutions such as IIT Madras and New York University. Beyond his professional achievements, he is also a renowned Carnatic musician and cross-over artist, having performed across continents and received prestigious recognitions from the Government of India.

Mr. Rajan Chelladurai
Global Head – ERP
With over 30 years of rich industry experience, Rajan Chelladurai serves as the Global Head – ERP at Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited., where he spearheads the company’s ERP strategy, delivery, and growth initiatives across global markets. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening Akshay’s position as a trusted ERP solution provider, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, CREST ERP, custom add-ons, and cloud hosting services.
Rajan’s deep domain expertise in ERP, particularly in the SAP ecosystem, has been instrumental in driving numerous successful end-to-end implementations across diverse industries. His strong focus on client-centric delivery and operational excellence ensures that every project aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
An effective leader and mentor, Rajan is known for his collaborative leadership style, hands-on project management skills, and his commitment to empowering teams. He is also deeply invested in knowledge-sharing, often guiding both internal teams and customers to better understand ERP capabilities and best practices.
Rajan continues to play a strategic role in expanding Akshay’s ERP footprint globally, while also actively contributing to process improvement, customer engagement, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
Mrs. Bhavana Thapa
Talent Acquisition - HR Manager
Bhavana leads Akshay’s staffing and HR initiatives with a strong focus on sourcing the right talent and ensuring seamless client coordination. Since joining the company in 2020, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth through strategic hiring and proactive client engagement, and client satisfaction.
With a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Bhavana has been instrumental in driving Akshay’s growth through strategic hiring, proactive talent management, and cultivating long-term client partnerships. Her ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HR strategies has significantly contributed to the company’s success.
Beyond recruitment, Bhavana plays a key role in shaping and refining Akshay’s HR policies, streamlining processes, and spearheading employee engagement initiatives. Her leadership has been pivotal in strengthening the internal work culture, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction, making Akshay a great place to work.
