Job Opening: Inside Sales and Marketing executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Job responsibilities would be primarily handling pre-sales & post-sales related activities like preparing presentations, proposals, follow-up with clients, and other digital marketing activities like draft email campaigns, social media pages.
•  Also, to handle CRM, take part in Business Planning and other marketing activities.
• Calling to Customers from a database & Generating leads from various marketing mediums. Updating all details accurately in the CRM.
• Willing to learn new things and adapt as per organizational goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Education And Experience Required

• University or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in digital marketing for Software Solution or Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• Looking for a candidate having good command over English and knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
