Akshay Software Technologies Private Limited, founded in June 1987 by experienced technocrats, is an IT Services Company with offices in India and UAE. Akshay’s portfolio of solutions and services includes SAP Business One ERP for Medium & Small Enterprises and Staffing Solutions for organizations across the spectrum of the corporate world.
Akshay So has a team of certified functional and techno-functional consultants with rich project implementation experience across various domains.
Akshay’s staffing solutions support the human resource requirements of organizations across the industry by providing the right resources at the right time.

Chairman
Anant is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the activities of the Company and for the development of strategies for future growth. He holds a Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from the University of Mumbai. After working in the industry for more than a decade, he promoted Akshay. Apart from being primarily responsible for the overall success of Akshay, Anant successfully incubated Akshay’s subsidiary in the USA – Akshay Software International Inc.
(ASI) which grew to be recognized as one of the leading service providers of SWIFT services in North America with a diverse clientele. ASI was acquired in April 2015 by PayCommerce at an attractive valuation. Anant has over 40 years of commercial and managerial experience in the industry.
Mr. S. Lakshminarasimhan
Director
Narasimhan has over 30 years of experience as a practising chartered accountant in Audit and Assurance Services, Consulting on Implementation of Accounting Systems & Procedures, establishment of Internal Controls, Corporate Laws & Practices, Direct & Indirect Tax Laws, Manage Business-Banking Relationship, Management of Debt, Financial Decision Making, Evaluation of Proposed Business Verticals, Discussing of Profit Strategies with the Management, Risk Management and Management Information Reporting, well versed in GST.

Mr. Sunil Khandelwal.
Director
Sunil Khandelwal has over 20 years of experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management Information Systems, Systems Review and E-accounting.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Charted Accountants of India as well as a qualified Information System Auditor (ISA).
Sunil joined the Board of Company on January 30, 2018.
